Terms of Service

Welcome to Flips Unlimited! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. About Flips Unlimited
Flips Unlimited rents premium pinball machines to individuals for in-home use. Our website allows you to register for an account, view available machines, and make reservations.
2. User Accounts
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Keep your login credentials secure
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Reservations and Equipment Use
- Provide a safe, accessible, and climate-appropriate location for delivery and setup
- Not move, sublease, or modify the machine without written permission
- Promptly notify us of any malfunction or needed repair
- Use the equipment safely and lawfully
Ownership of all equipment remains with Flips Unlimited.
4. Payments, Delivery & Fees
- Rentals are billed monthly as outlined at checkout and confirmed in your lease
- Payments are due on the first day of each rental month
- A $50 delivery fee per machine applies
- Late payments (5+ days) may incur a $25 service charge
- Returned checks are subject to a $25 fee
5. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel a reservation by notifying us at least 72 hours prior to scheduled delivery. Refunds are issued at our discretion. Cancellations within 72 hours may be partially or fully non-refundable.
6. Equipment Maintenance & Repairs
Flips Unlimited handles all regular maintenance and repairs. Lessee must allow us access as needed and inform us of any problems with the equipment.
7. Liability and Risk
Lessee assumes responsibility for loss or damage to the machine not caused by Flips Unlimited or its agents. This includes damage due to fire, theft, water, or misuse. Lessee is also responsible for ensuring safe operation and will be liable for injury or damage caused by improper use.
Flips Unlimited’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the rental period in question.
8. Termination and Default
Failure to pay on time, misuse of equipment, or other violations of the lease agreement may result in termination of service, repossession of equipment, and pursuit of damages in accordance with Missouri law.
9. Modifications
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site or services after changes implies acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
